Summarized analysis of capacity assessment questionnaire February 2005

An integral part of implementing MTBF was to identify the training and capacity building needs of the two pilot ministries especially in context of budget and financial management. To achieve this objective a carefully designed Capacity Assessment questionnaire was prepared to cover all aspects of capacity requirements of line ministries.

In MoH, the forms were circulated to Drawing and Disbursement officers and Budget Preparation Officers during the 4 day workshop conducted in mid of December 2004.

In MoPW, the forms were circulated in first week of February, 2005 and responses were completed by the last week of February 2005.
