MTBF Management: |

The Budget Wing of Finance Division has overall management responsibility for the MTBF. Day to day implementation of the MTBF is managed by the Joint Secretary (Budget), under the overall guidance of AFS (Budget) and with the support of a MTBF Coordinator in Budget Wing (Deputy Secretary, BR).
